What are the different types of groups?
Groups vary in length and style. Some groups are ongoing either weekly or fortnightly, other groups are capped at a certian amount of sessions (e.g. 6 or 10). Some groups focus on content (e.g. education, tips, strategies). Other groups focus on process (e.g. what is happening now, why is this happening now).
