Marta is a registered psychologist and neuropsychologist with over eight years of experience across Spain and Australia. She works across the lifespan and offers a warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
She works with concerns including trauma and personality difficulties, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders and body image concerns, emotional dysregulation, anger, and relationship or attachment challenges.
Marta’s approach is person-centred and integrative, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, psychodynamic and systemic therapy, as well as mindfulness- and compassion-focused approaches, tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Trained as a neuropsychologist in Spain, Marta has a strong understanding of brain development and its impact on emotional and relational functioning, and is experienced in assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis.
She is affirming of gender and neurodiversity, with a strong interest in trauma, loss, and life transitions, including migration-related grief. Marta offers therapy in English and Spanish.
