Human beings are shaped by relationships.

Many of the struggles we carry - loneliness, anxiety, self-doubt, difficulty with conflict or closeness - develop within the social world.

Individual therapy offers depth and understanding, group therapy offers something different. Multiple perspectives, shared humanity, and a real time exploration of relationships. The anxiety of stepping into a group is powerful, the reward that comes with it is real.

Change happens not because someone tells you what to do, but because something new happens between people.

What happens

Groups typically include 6-10 members and meet weekly or fortnightly. There is no fixed agenda. Conversation unfolds guided by the curiosity about the people in the room and the relationships forming in the group.

Facilitators help maintain psychological safety and gently draw attention to patterns emerging. Silence, boldness, disagreement, differences, uncertainty, cloeseness are all welcome parts of the process. The group itself becomes the shared exploration.

What are the different types of groups?

Groups vary in length and style. Some groups are ongoing either weekly or fortnightly, other groups are capped at a certian amount of sessions (e.g. 6 or 10). Some groups focus on content (e.g. education, tips, strategies). Other groups focus on process (e.g. what is happening now, why is this happening now).
