Jasmine

Registered Psychologist, Clinical Psychology Registrar

Jasmine is an AHPRA registered psychologist at BTTR who is passionate about empowering her clients with self-acceptance and building a loving relationship with themselves. She works collaboratively with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity, self-worth, difficult relationship patterns, neurodivergence, and life’s transitions. She is especially interested in supporting those processing early attachment wounds and trauma.

Her therapeutic style is person-centred — grounded in trust, respect, and care. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and somatically informed practices, Jasmine tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and strengths.

Jasmine’s background spans across educational, research and private practice settings, offering her a broad and empathetic perspective on mental health. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is committed to practising in a way that is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally sensitive.

Jasmine currently sees clients at BTTR on Thursdays and Fridays.
